It's a Lifestyle, Not Just a Hobby

Middle Tennessee is home to great equestrian communities, neighborhoods, and horse properties

If you are new to our area, you will be excited to know that Tennessee loves its horses!  Tennessee's equine industry supports a variety of businesses and activities.  You will feel right at home here, whether you choose an equestrian community or a larger farm to live with your equine friends.

You can enjoy riding at home on your own farm, or the trails in some of our equestrian communities, or if you want to trailer and ride, there are plenty of riding trails, horse shows, and events to enjoy the growing popularity of equestrian living.  Tennessee is home to more than 135 equine destinations.  One of my favorite places to take a local trail ride is Percy Warner Park in Nashville. The bridle paths are shaded and that makes for a relaxing ride any time of year.  Percy Warner Equestrian center is home to the Iroquois Steeplechase and is held the second Saturday of each May. This iconic annual event is a Music City favorite.  For those who wish to live within an equestrian neighborhood where your neighbors are also equestrians, we have a selection to choose from.  Below you will find links to some of our premier equestrian communities.
