The deer and turkey working this country move through a block of habitat many times the size of the deed, and this tract is a private piece of it.
The pasture is the first thing that opens up: roughly 12± acres of level green ground in the middle of the timber, with room for food plots, a camper, a barn, equipment or a few head of stock, and the natural spot to set up camp. From there an established trail system runs back through the property, so the interior is reachable by UTV, side by side, horse or on foot without cutting new road. A buyer can ride the whole place, haul in a camp, and slip to and from a stand without walking through the country being hunted.
A year round spring supplies the property and a small pond holds water for wildlife, which through a dry Tennessee fall is what keeps game on the ground.
