Things to do in the Nashville Area
Lebanon is a suburb of Nashville and is located in Wilson County It is located about 15 miles east of Nashville, TN. Is the home to the original Cracker Barrel restaurant it was also home to Charlie Daniels, a notable country music performer. The Cedars of Lebanon State Park features 1,139-acre park with campsites, cabins and local events. The annual Wilson County State Fair is held at the James E Ward Agricultural Center in Lebanon is one of the largest in Middle Tennessee.
The neighboring lakefront community of Mount Juliet features several beautiful parks, marinas and boat access ramps. The Providence Marketplace shopping mall has fabulous stores, numerous restaurants and a movie theatre. If golf is your game be sure to check out Pine Creek Golf Course and spend a day on the links.
The city of Nashville, TN has something for everyone. Fine dining, cultural events and exhibits, shopping and of course the legendary nightlife downtown.
